<HATE FESTIVAL> Call for Artist

 Hate Festival will sponsor ‘Digital Image’, ‘Video’, ‘Performance’ and ‘Installation Works’ to be exhibited at the <1st 2018 HATE Festival>. Under the theme of HATE FESTIVAL's slogan, ' The HATE Festival that hates HATE,' we collect original and sensitive ‘Digital Image’, ‘Video’, ‘Performance’ and ‘Installation Works’. The winning and selected works of the contest will be exhibited at the <1ST 2018 HATE Festival>. If you would like to submit your works, please see below.

1. Conditions of entry

1) Qualifications : No restrictions on age, education, gender, etc. (Both individuals and organizations are possible)

2) Submission format :

■ Visual Art

   □ A digital image that can be displayed in a variety of ways, including printing

   □ Single-channel video

   □ Installation Works

■ Performance

* No specific format, no subject restriction, no limit to entries, even past award winning entries

4. Schedule

(1) Submission period : Monday, May 28 – Friday, June 15

* Place: Chungju, Chungcheongbuk-do Konkuk University local campus

(2) Festival Schedule : Thursday, June 28 - Sunday, July 1, 2018

(3) Announcement of Results of Contest : Late June 2018, * Individual notification to the winners only

5. Notes

- Depending on the situation, the festival can be changed or changed by the organizer.

- The festival is judged by internationally renowned judges.

- Photographs and images of selected performances can be used for publicity and press release.

- Submitted materials may be used for promotional and non-commercial purposes.

6. Prize

Winners will receive a certificate of merit and a certificate of merit. In addition you will receive a leflet and a copy of the festival.

- Only a limited amount of money will be paid to the selectors part of Performance.

- Only a limited amount of delivery fee will be paid to the selectors part of Installation Works.
